About The Position

We are seeking an experienced and reliable Landscape Crew Member to join our team in Charlotte, NC. This position involves hands-on landscape installation and maintenance work, requiring physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of landscaping experience required
• Must have a NC or SC driver's license with a good driving record
• Ability to lift 35 lbs. repetitively throughout the workday
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Team-oriented with good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape installation projects, including planting, grading, and material placement
• Install and repair irrigation systems
• Install and maintain landscape lighting systems
• Install pavers and construct retaining walls
• Operate basic landscaping tools and equipment safely
• Follow directions from the supervisor and complete additional duties as assigned
