Position Overview As a Landscape Crew Member , you play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our commercial clients. This position includes year-round outdoor work with seasonal responsibilities in landscape maintenance and winter snow and ice management. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, being part of a team, and growing with a stable, respected company.

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and perform physical work (walking, bending, standing for long periods)
  • Comfortable working in all weather conditions (heat, cold, snow, wind, rain)
  • Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work well with others
  • Available to be on-call 24/7 during the winter season, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work extended hours during snow events
  • Commitment to completing assigned routes and shifts when called
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test and consent to random, reasonable suspicion, and post-incident drug testing

Nice To Haves

  • Snow removal or equipment experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

  • Safely mow large commercial properties, commercial lots, roadways, and open spaces
  • Enhance curb appeal and maintain professional-looking landscapes
  • Operate commercial mowing and snow removal equipment (training provided)
  • Support critical 24/7 snow and ice management operations during winter events
  • Follow assigned routes, maps, and work instructions
  • Perform work outdoors in all weather conditions , including extreme heat, cold, snow, wind, and rain
  • Represent Brilar professionally at all times
