Requirements

• Ability to lift 50+lbs and work outside daily
• Reliable transportation to the shop/job sites.
• Strong work ethic, reliable, and ability to work as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

• Prior landscaping experience preferred but not required
• Prior snow removal experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Install mulch, plants, sod, and landscape features
• Assist with hardscape work (pavers, retaining walls, edging)
• Operate basic equipment (skid steer, compactors, etc.)
• Load/unload materials and keep job sites clean
• Follow crew leader directions and maintain production pace
• Work safely and efficiently in all weather conditions
• Snow removal operations in the Winter Months
