About The Position

As a Landscape Crew Member, you will work hands-on performing landscape services, maintaining property aesthetics, and supporting our crews in delivering top-tier service.

Requirements

• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and perform physical labor.
• Experience operating landscape equipment (mowers, trimmers, power tools, etc.) preferred.
• Strong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional overtime, nights, or weekends during snow events.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, planting, and general site upkeep.
• Operate landscape equipment and machinery safely, including mowers, trimmers, and power tools.
• Assist team members in completing daily assignments efficiently and safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment on client properties.
• Support snow and ice operations during the winter months as needed.
• Follow company safety protocols and procedures.
