Requirements

Experience: Previous experience as a Landscape Crew Member is a huge plus, but we’ll train anyone with the right attitude!
Great Attitude: If you love working outdoors and aren't afraid of a little sweat, you’ll fit right in with our Greensboro team.
Reliability: Our customers count on us, so we need a Landscape Crew Member who shows up on time and ready to work.

Responsibilities

Represent the Crew: Serve as a vital Landscape Crew Member by using mowers, weed eaters, blowers, and hand tools to maintain elite commercial properties.
Work the Greensboro Route: Meet your team at our Industrial Ave hub and travel together to provide top-tier service across the city.
Master the Outdoors: Bring a high-energy "can-do" attitude to the field. As a Landscape Crew Member, you'll thrive working outdoors in the North Carolina sunshine.
Safe Operations: Assist with loading/unloading equipment and maintaining a safe job site (A valid driver’s license is highly desired to help get the crew moving!).
Level Up Your Skills: Whether you are an experienced pro or a new Landscape Crew Member, you can take advantage of our free online classes to promote into leadership roles.
