Responsible for the daily maintenance and care of the grounds, irrigation, and seasonal color.

Requirements

• High school or equivalent education required.
• Previous experience is helpful, but you must have an understanding of landscape basics
• Must be able to provide resort-quality hospitality to all guests.
• You must be at least 18 years old, enthusiastic and dependable, and able to safely work with equipment like power saws and cutters.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Applicants must be able to work outdoors, in all weather conditions, doing very physical work.
• The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Mechanical talents such as minor mower/equipment repair and irrigation repair are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the grounds are kept free of litter.
• Using a variety of equipment such as mowers, blowers, clippers, and edgers to create and prep soil for plant placement.
• Team members are also responsible for set up and clean up, and taking good care of our trucks and machinery.
• Prune, plant, and maintain shrubs, groundcovers, and other landscape materials.
• Mow, edge, and blow segments of turf.
• Install and care for seasonal color annuals.
• Participate in OSHA/Safety programs within the resort through awareness in everyday job functions.
