About The Position

What You’ll Do In this role, you will serve as a Landscape Supervisor or Grounds Lead depending on your experience level. You aren't just watching from the sidelines—you are a working leader who thrives outdoors and takes pride in a job well done. As a Leader in Training: Assist our Crew Leaders in managing daily tasks while acting as a Landscape Specialist on-site. You'll learn the ropes of supervision while performing expert-level mowing, edging, and planting. As an Experienced Crew Leader: Direct and motivate crew members to carry out tasks assigned by the Foreman. You will lead the way in mowing, mulching, sod installation, irrigation, and specialized spraying. For Both Roles: Ensure all safety protocols are followed and company vehicles are operated responsibly on your route. You will naturally repeat the high standards that make our landscaping teams the best in the business. Requirements

1-4 years of professional landscape experience
Valid Driver’s License & Clean MVR
1-2 years for the Leader-in-Training level
2-4 years for the Experienced Crew Leader level
A proven ability to work well with others and a desire to grow into higher levels of management
A strong work ethic and a positive attitude

Responsibilities
