About The Position
As our Landscape Crew Leader, you aren't just watching from the sidelines—you’re a Landscaping Supervisor who leads by example. Direct the team to complete daily tasks like mowing, mulching, and planting sod. Serve as a Lawn Care Lead, assisting with irrigation and spraying as needed. Ensure the crew stays safe, efficient, and proud of their work.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of landscaping experience.
- The ability to lift 35 lbs. throughout the day.
- A positive attitude and a knack for leading others.
- Must have a Valid Drivers License.
