We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Landscaping Crew Leader to turn our customers’ visions into a beautiful reality. We strive to provide a service we are proud of!

Requirements

3+ years of landscaping experience; leadership experience preferred
Strong working knowledge of landscape maintenance and installation practices
Ability to operate landscape equipment safely
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Strong communication, time management, and teamwork skills

Responsibilities

Lead, motivate and train a landscaping crew of 2+ crew members
Coordinate daily tasks including trimming, edging, planting, mulching, pruning
Ensure all work meets company quality standards and follows safety procedures
Interact professionally with customers and address on-site questions or concerns
Track job progress and report completion, issues or delays
Effective communication skills (verbal and written)
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Snow removal management services during the winter required
