About The Position

Family owned and operated since 1949, Tender Lawn Care is proud to provide high quality landscape management and snowplowing services to residential and commercial clients throughout West Michigan. The company is experiencing tremendous growth and is adding to its team to meet client needs. This role involves various landscaping tasks including installations, renovations, setting grades, spring and fall cleanups, applying mulch, and pruning. For the Crew Lead aspect, it also includes overseeing, training, and managing a small crew.

Requirements

2+ years' experience as a Foreman in the Landscaping Industry (if applying for crew lead)
Valid driver's license
Clean driving record
Ability to lift 50 pounds repetitively over the course of the day
Must be willing and able to work in all weather conditions and temperatures

Nice To Haves

CDL preferred but not required
Extensive plant knowledge or a degree in horticulture is a plus

Setting grades

Oversee, train, and manage a crew of one to three people
