About The Position

The Landscape Construction Team Member supports the installation of commercial and residential landscape construction projects by performing a variety of hands-on tasks under the direction of the Foreman. This role is field-based and requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely and productively as part of a team.

Requirements

Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor environments
Willingness to learn landscape construction skills and techniques
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Reliable transportation to and from work

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in landscape or construction work
Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
Experience using hand tools or basic construction equipment
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Assist with landscape construction activities including: Grading, trenching, and site preparation
Hardscape installation (pavers, retaining walls, concrete prep)
Irrigation system installation and repairs
Planting, sod installation, mulch, and landscape finishes
Follow plans, instructions, and direction from the Foreman and crew leaders
Follow all safety policies, procedures, and jobsite rules
Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE) and tools
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
Safely operate hand tools and basic construction equipment
Load, unload, and care for tools, materials, and equipment
Report damaged tools, equipment issues, or material shortages
Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
Communicate clearly with crew members and supervisors
Maintain a positive attitude and strong attendance
