Landscape Construction Superintendent
About The Position
Highlights of what our Landscape Construction S uperintendent will do: Manage multiple projects simultaneously by providing technical guidance for field personnel Conduct percent of completion analysis to ensure project are on budget Partner with foremen to ensure materials and labor for project needs are met Build relationship with clients and field personnel by conducting weekly job walks Understand client needs and identify cost effective enhancements to ensure profitability Communicate with onsite Superintendents to provide updates on project progress Strategize how to improve project performance and exceed goals Coordinate subcontracts and review scope to identify possible scope gap Awareness of allocated project hours at all times and provide to Foreman
Requirements
- At least 3 years of construction experience
- Ability to read and understand plans, material lists, guidelines and meet timelines
- Must have excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency, including Microsoft Excel
- MUST HAVE LANDSCAPING EXPERIENCE
Nice To Haves
- Experience working in land development, landscape, and/or masonry/concrete trades preferred
- Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required
