About The Position
A landscape architect firm located near West Chester, PA is seeking a Landscape Construction Project Manager to manage large scale residential projects. Salary Range: $70K to $90K. Must have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from conception to completion. Also the ability to coordinate trades and work collaboratively with landscape architects, engineers, vendors and local municipalities.
Requirements
- Degree in Construction management or 5 or more years of experience within the Construction industry
- Experience in residential construction
- Experience with pool construction
- Familiar with the Philadelphia and Mainline markets
- Know your way around a set of Blueprints
- Have experience with Gant charts and Project Management software
- Are good at dealing with a lot of different personalities
Responsibilities
- Review of design plans
- Management of the personnel employed in the projects
