Due to our continued growth, we are seeking a Landscape Architect to join our dynamic team in our Doylestown, PA office.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in landscape plan preparation for Subdivision and Land Development projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD is required
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Nice To Haves

Experience with municipal review processes is a plus
Professional registration or certification (e.g., Landscape Architect License) preferred
Additional credentials such as PP and/or AICP a plus
Ability to prepare visualizations and supporting graphics using SketchUp and Photoshop a plus

Responsibilities

Preparation of Landscape Design Plans as required by municipal ordinances in support of Subdivision and Land Development applications
Production of high-quality plans using AutoCAD
Collaboration with engineers, planners, and project managers to support multi-disciplinary project teams
Coordination with municipal officials and clients
Assistance with presentations at public meetings when needed
Assistance in preparing Lighting Plans, Park & Recreation Plans, and HOA Declaration Plats
