Requirements

Strong design sensibility and technical proficiency
Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office
A collaborative mindset and a desire to grow within a supportive team
A degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA or MLA) from an accredited program
3+ years of professional experience
Licensed in Texas or actively pursuing licensure within the next 2-3 years

Nice To Haves

experience with Lumion, Rhino, V-Ray, or Grasshopper is a plus

Responsibilities

Develop concept designs and translate them into detailed construction documents
Prepare layout, planting, irrigation, grading plans, and design details
Create compelling graphics, renderings, and presentations
Work closely with planners, engineers, and fellow landscape architects
Participate in client meetings, workshops, and proposal development
Support construction administration and site visits
