About The Position
A regional civil engineering firm located in State College, PA is seeking a full-time Landscape Architect with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. While not a remote position, this in-person role offers flexibility for work/life balance within an 'informal' office culture.
Requirements
- BS Degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering or related field of study
- Proficient with AutoCAD Civil 3D software
- Pennsylvania State, County and Municipal level regulatory experience
- An understanding of, and experience with, the municipal land development and NPDES permitting process
Responsibilities
- Prepare planning documents including feasibility studies, construction documents and subdivision/land development plans
- Produce project designs/calculations, plans and permit applications and coordinate with reviewing agencies
- Conduct review and interpretation of ordinances and regulations
