The Landscape and Project Coordinator will serve as a key liaison between the Operations Manager and landscape contractors, ensuring the effective coordination, prioritization, and completion of landscape maintenance and improvement projects. This role is responsible for managing work orders and service tickets, monitoring contractor performance, tracking project status, and supporting the overall upkeep of common areas. The Coordinator provides oversight of irrigation systems, landscape health, and vendor invoicing while supporting daily inspections, project planning, and operational needs. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to read landscape and irrigation plans, and a working knowledge of landscape maintenance, tree care, and irrigation systems to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
