Gras Lawn, a commerical landscape company, is seeking an experienced Landscape Account Manager to manage our Central Jersey client accounts. You’d be the primary contact for our clients, building long-term relationships that foster satisfaction, retention, and sales. You’d be responsible for: Proactively presenting site enhancement ideas to your clients Client Satisfaction Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients Performing site walkthroughs with clients to ensure quality and service expectations are met Facilitating the resolution of client concerns to ensure renewal Developing accurate estimates for new and existing clients, maintaining acceptable gross margins that support the branch’s financial goals Position Overview The Account Manager is the primary point of contact for an assigned book of business and is responsible for overall site quality, sales goals, and renewal goals.
