About The Position
We are seeking an organized and efficient Lands & Leasing Department intern with an eye for detail and accuracy, to join our team.
Requirements
- Must have or have the ability to obtain and retain a valid Alaska Driver’s License before starting work
- Possess and maintain a good driving record free of any DUI or other major driving infractions
Responsibilities
- Learn to do Land Use Permit processing and database maintenance
- Shadow and contribute to general archiving and digitizing projects
- Large format scanning and printing
- Opportunities to chaperone guided hikes and outdoor recreation events
- Work with the Maintenance and Administrative teams to plan and set up special events like Camp Qungaayux^ and the OC annual meeting
