Egmont is a small tourist-driven seasonal community which includes several resorts, churches, schools, fishing destinations, hiking and outdoor adventure spaces. All amenities including grocery and gas within 30 minute drive. The Malibu Landing is the hub for all guest transportation and logistical support to and from Malibu Club. Each summer, thousands of campers and guests will arrive at the Landing and depart for Malibu on the Princess and water taxis. This location is staffed year-round by Malibu Landing employees and provides a link between Malibu Club staff and community and the outside world. This job posting is for the facilities management and upkeep of the Young Life-owned buildings including garage space, offices, warehouse space and apartments and surrounding landscaping. Scope of work includes light mechanical duties, carpentry, landscaping, shipping/receiving and forklift operations. Seasonal duties may include managing incoming and outgoing vehicle traffic and departing camper groups. Expanded duties may also include boat driving, boat maintenance and upkeep and dock work and repair.
