About The Position
Our preferred candidate is someone who loves the law, who appreciates the collegiality and support that come with firm practice and who, above all, has litigation in the blood. We are particularly interested in speaking with big-law candidates, lawyers who cut their teeth on sophisticated matters and are now looking for a position that affords greater opportunities for case management (e.g., first/second chair) and career advancement.
Requirements
- 4-7 years in construction litigation
- excellent academic credentials (T-14 and/or near top of class)
- extensive experience in complex litigation
- experience with or an interest in construction-related disputes
- a passion for writing and research
