Environmental / Land Use & Zoning Attorney - Hybrid remote - Virginia (Norfolk, Richmond, Roanoke, Lynchburg)
About The Position
Founded in the 1920’s, we are a dynamic group of staff and attorneys. Our size lets us provide a broad range of legal services at a level of sophistication usually associated with larger markets without losing the human touch that you’d expect from a smaller law firm. We offer a full array of transactional services: from complex M&A and tax work to benefits packages and ESOPs. On the litigation side, we have a team of experienced trial lawyers who are fiercely driven to protect our clients’ interests. We handle everything from cutting-edge complex and multidistrict litigation and high-profile white-collar criminal investigations to more traditional commercial disputes and personal-injury lawsuits. And our lawyers actually try cases; we love the courtroom, and our willingness to get in front of a jury helps us to maximize our clients’ position. We have several offices throughout Virginia – Richmond, Lynchburg, Roanoke, and Norfolk. We are open to mostly remote work as long as you live in VA. We have over 80 Attorneys and roughly 25 Paralegals to support our Attorneys.
