Our vision is to build 1,000+ homes per year by becoming the finest custom home builder in the U.S.A. The Land Specialist (LS) plays a mission-critical role at Brown Haven Homes. This position exists to guide clients who do not yet own land through a proven, structured, and stress-free land selection process—protecting them from costly mistakes and ensuring their home can be built on budget, on schedule, and as designed. This is not a role focused on volume or listings. This is a client-protection, decision-guidance, and execution role designed to ensure the right lot is selected—not just any lot. The Land Specialist partners directly with New Home Specialists (NHS), buyers, listing agents, and internal teams to move clients confidently from contract → land → site analysis → closing → build phase. Requirements
- 2+ years of Land Specialist experience in the home building industry/construction industry
- Active Real Estate license or Broker license – or be willing to obtain licensing prior to starting with Brown Haven Homes
- 2+ years of grading and lot preparation experience
