About The Position

Assist with owner correspondence and distributing inquiries to the appropriate department. Essential Job Responsibilities: Open/Distributing Post Mail Outlook Inbox Managing Vetted and canned responses to owners Supports company vision and mission. Adheres to established work schedule, attendance standards and is punctual to work and meetings. Ability to work 20-30 hours a week. Other Job Responsibilities: Adheres to the company’s values – integrity, ownership, urgency, alignment, and innovation. Supports company vision and mission. Ability to remain professional, positive, determined, and focused when facing challenging situations. Maintains employee reliance and protects company assets, including intellectual property, by keeping information confidential. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing achievable results as needed. Other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • No previous work experience is required
  • Ability to accurately solve problems and proficiency in data management
  • Enjoys historical research
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with employees, supervisors, other departments, officials, and the public
  • Ability to complete multiple, diverse tasks of differing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding administrative and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in the use and application of the following software: Required: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
