About The Position
A land maintenance technician, maintains outdoor spaces by mowing, edging, trimming, and weeding.
Requirements
- Certification to operate and handling equipment safely.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently without direct supervision.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record.
- Strong initiative and self-starter.
- Multi-task orientation with skills related to work prioritization.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in a team environment.
- Ability to identify operational inefficiencies.
- Understanding of the importance of environmental and safe work practices.
