Position Summary: Assist in conducting market research and feasibility studies for potential land acquisitions. Support the team in analyzing zoning and regulatory requirements. Participate in due diligence activities related to land development. Responsibilities and Duties: Complete all other duties as assigned by manager. Represent the company professionally in all internal and external interactions and communications. Adhere to safety standards and help promote a safe working environment.
