As a Land Development Coordinator, you will play a critical support role within our Grand Communities team, partnering closely with the President, Operations Manager, and Land Development team. You will help keep projects moving forward by maintaining schedules, coordinating documentation, and supporting the land development process from early planning through project completion. The most rewarding part of this role is being at the center of the development process, helping bring communities to life through organization, communication, and attention to detail. You will thrive in this role if you: Highly organized and enjoy managing multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously. Take initiative and proactively identify ways to improve processes and keep work moving forward. Communicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external partners.
