STV is currently seeking a L and Development Civil Engineer for its Buildings group in Owings Mills, MD , which is currently the civil engineer of record for such high-profile projects as Harborplace and Baltimore Peninsula in Baltimore, MD. The candidate will collaborate on a wide variety of projects including conceptual master plans, schools, mixed-use, office buildings, industrial buildings, housing/apartment projects, commercial buildings, and civil/site structures. The position will allow the individual to collaborate with our civil design team preparing documents associated with a wide variety of land development projects within the Baltimore Metropolitan area. The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and be a licensed professional engineer . Experience with MicroStation, Civil 3D or AutoCAD is strongly preferred. This role is an excellent opportunity for an early to mid- career engineer to: Work on high-profile projects in education, mixed-use, commercial, industrial, and institutional development. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on the full lifecycle of site development projects. Gain hands-on experience in grading, utilities, stormwater management, and permitting.
