This role contributes to portions of the IT project lifecycle, performing tasks that support device provisioning, endpoint maintenance, and network configuration. Responsibilities are primarily hands-on and operational, requiring clear communication, procedural adherence, and effective customer interaction. The role is entry-level to intermediate in technical scope and involves ongoing collaboration with both IT leadership and end users. The LAN Administrator is expected to demonstrate a professional demeanor in all interactions and cultivate collaborative relationships across departments. This role requires effective communication, patience, and the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. The individual must maintain confidentiality, exhibit initiative, and act as a positive representative of the IT department.
