About The Position

We’re looking for a Desktop Support Technician to support our Windows-based desktop environment and help employees do their best work every day. In this role, you’ll troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support end users, manage deployments, and partner with other IT teams on upgrades and improvements. If you enjoy solving problems, working hands-on with technology, and helping people, this role is for you. What You’ll Do Provide Level 1 & 2 desktop support for Windows PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals Resolve help desk tickets quickly and professionally Image, deploy, migrate, and upgrade PCs using standard tools Support endpoint security, patching, and system updates Assist with onboarding/offboarding, including equipment setup Work with Business Analysts and IT teams on upgrades and projects Document systems, procedures, and support activity What You Bring Strong Windows OS experience (macOS is a plus) Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP) Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint tools Solid troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset Ability to work independently and stay organized Education College degree preferred, not required Why This Role? Requirements

  • Strong Windows OS experience (macOS is a plus)
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP)
  • Familiarity with Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and endpoint tools
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
