About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laminator to join our manufacturing team on the first shift. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality, and consistency of laminated products while supporting overall production efficiency.

Requirements

• Ability to read and understand written work instructions in English
• Experience using measuring tools such as micrometers, calipers, and rulers
• Strong basic math skills and high attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift

Responsibilities

• Laminate printed materials to adhesive substrates.
• Measure finished products to verify correct dimensions and tolerances
• Accurately log product movement and production activity in the system
• Assist with detailed inspections of parts and finished goods, as needed
• Maintain consistent quality standards throughout all processes
• Follow work instructions, safety guidelines, and standard operating procedures
• Perform additional duties and support other departments as assigned
