About The Position

Laminator Operators will be trained to operate multiple types of machinery
including, but not limited to, chopping/blocking equipment and slitting
machines.  Under the direction of the Shift Supervisor, Laminator Operators are
expected to work in a manner which promotes safety, quality, and efficiency to
meet production goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

• Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, SAP etc.)
• Tape measure basic knowledge

Responsibilities

• Participate in Safety Recognition program, staying actively engaged in Safety.
• Follow ALL Safe work practices, LOTO, PPE, JHA’s, Wait for the Wave, etc.
• Meet all quality standards and customer requirements.
• Skill and ability to meet or exceed production standards.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Maintain an orderly, safe, and clean work area.
• Ability to learn and safely perform well on multiple types of machinery.
• Work well in a team-based setting and communicate effectively with co-workers.
• Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure
• Ability to learn and safely operate a Forklift.
