About The Position

Staffmark is partnering with a premier manufacturer in Vista, CA, to find a skilled Lamination lead. If you have a background in production, hand assembly, and composite materials, this could be the opportunity for you! What you can expect from this position: The Lamination Lead supports the Production Manager by prioritizing work orders, monitoring workflow, and ensuring production schedules are met. This role reviews job instructions, tracks progress, manages inventory counts, and coordinates with department leads to ensure materials and supplies meet production needs. Additional responsibilities include assisting shipping/receiving, enforcing safety procedures, and supporting overall team operations. This is a temp-to-hire role with a company known for precision, innovation, and quality.

Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED preferred
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Detail-oriented
  • Able to stand for long periods of time and lift 50 lbs
