The Lakeside Leadership Development Program (LDP) is designed for recent college graduates with an Engineering degree, offering them a chance to gain diverse experience within the manufacturing industry. Participants will be paired with a mentor, undergo leadership training, and complete rotations across various departments of the organization. The program also includes participation in process improvement training and engagement in project-based assignments. Upon successful completion of the 18-24-month rotational program, participants will transition into a full-time role, aligning with their career interests and the company's business needs. Relocation assistance may be available for interested individuals.
