The Lakeland Park Director provides vision, leadership, and operational oversight for Lakeland Park. This role is responsible for building and leading both paid staff and serve teams, creating exceptional guest experiences, and expanding the Park’s impact through strategic community relationships and partnerships. The Director will ensure Lakeland Park operates as a ministry that connects families to Jesus and serves as a bridge to Lakeland Church.
