ROLE SUMMARY: We are seeking enthusiastic Lake and Mountain Staff to support and deliver outdoor activities and excursions as part of the summer camp programme. Working under the supervision of the Head of Lake and Mountain or Head of Activities, staff will help ensure a safe, engaging, and positive outdoor experience for all campers.

Requirements

• Passion for education and working with children and youth
• Strong communication and group management skills
• Team-oriented, flexible, and positive attitude
• Familiarity with outdoor safety and basic first aid (an asset)
• Physically able to work in outdoor environments

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead campers during outdoor activities and excursions
• Carry out general supervisory duties throughout the camp day, including transitions, breaks, and shared spaces
• Ensure camper safety, well-being, and active participation
• Promote teamwork, inclusion, and positive behavior
• Follow camp safety procedures and report any concerns
• Collaborate with other staff and attend required training
