About The Position

Lady Liberty servers are responsible for setting the boat entirely for each meal service and accommodating all guests when able. Anticipating and providing for the needs of the guests while upholding Lady Liberty standards and following company policies.

Requirements

Minimum Degree Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
Upon onboarding you must obtain food handlers and alcohol servsafe certificates.

Must have valid license and pass the necessary requirements of the company to drive company vehicles to/from Lady Liberty which is off-property.
Regularly walks, stands, and lifts up to 50 lbs.
Performs tasks and duties under general supervision, using established procedures and innovation.
Chooses from limited alternatives to resolve problems.
Occasional independent judgment is required to complete work assignments.
Often makes recommendations to work procedures, policies, and practices.

Responsibilities

Gather all supplies needed from the conference center to complete the meal service on the boat.
Ability to carry, load, and unload all items to and from the vehicle and onto the boat.
Set up event space; flatware, napkins, centerpieces, glassware, and arranging table placement.
Ability to maneuver tight spaces and winding staircase with plated meals during service.
Must remove all dirty supplies, clean the boat and keep our areas tidy with no clutter after service concludes.
Remove all items from vehicle and return them to their correct location once you have returned to the conference center.
