Assist the manufacturing facility including all departments to ensure constant production flow, while keeping a clean working environment.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Must to be able to work any shift in a union environment.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
• Works with and follows one or more Work Instructions, Basic Rules of Manufacturing, General Dynamics OTS Environmental, and other work related policies.
• Must be able to work in a team environment and have the ability to learn and adapt to different working environments where and when needed.

Responsibilities

• Laborers are plant wide and work in all departments and areas of the manufacturing facility
• Laborers are responsible for stacking material on tables
• Feeding matieral to machine operators as needed
• Palletizing material, painting, cleaning machinery and general clearning as needed
• Will assist operators on the production line to ensure production flow wherever needed
• Operate a pneumatic strapping gun
• Load trays of material for the heat treating process
• Operate heat treating loading equipment
• Other duties as assigned
