About The Position
SHAH Development, LLC is seeking a dependable and hardworking Laborer to join our team. This position involves assisting with epoxy floor installation, asphalt sealcoating, and a variety of general labor tasks on residential and commercial projects. No prior experience is required—we are willing to train the right candidate.
Requirements
- No experience required; training provided
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding work
- Willingness to learn new skills and follow instructions
- Valid driver’s license required
Responsibilities
- Assist with epoxy floor preparation and installation
- Help with asphalt sealcoating and related surface preparation
- Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment
- Prepare and clean job sites before and after work
- Operate basic hand and power tools
- Follow safety procedures and company guidelines
- Perform general labor duties as needed to support the crew
