About The Position

In the General Labor role, you’ll train in various areas of the production environment to effectively provide support to your assigned position while always adhering to safety policies and procedures. Ensure top-notch maintenance and cleanliness of equipment as you learn to operate and maintain different areas of the production facility. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

• 6+ months experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, military or related fast paced environment preferred.
• Must be open to work off shifts and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a clean and safe production environment including sanitation, sweeping, cleaning of machinery, and removing trash and recycling.
• Regularly lift items up to 57 pounds safely.
• Operate walkie, sweeper, and scrubber safely.
• Perform dye making and drying activities.
• Assist production team with changeovers.
• Develop working knowledge of production equipment and operations.
