About The Position
This position is responsible for supporting daily operations in a steel fabrication shop. Duties include operating forklifts to move materials, assisting with general labor tasks, and performing basic painting/coating of steel products. The ideal candidate is dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment.
Requirements
- Previous forklift experience required (certification preferred)
- Experience in a manufacturing or steel fabrication environment is a plus
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the shift
- Basic knowledge of tools and shop equipment
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

Responsibilities
- Operate forklift to safely move, load, and unload steel materials
