About The Position

The Laborer supports field crews performing construction, maintenance, repair, and installation work across a variety of industrial environments. This role assists skilled craft workers and foremen with daily jobsite activities while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality, and project requirements. Laborers work in active industrial facilities and construction sites and are expected to follow established safety procedures, including OSHA standards and site-specific rules.

Requirements

  • OSHA 10 (Construction) certification required.
  • Willingness to work in industrial environments including plants, job sites, and active facilities.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn hand tools, power tools, and jobsite equipment.
  • Strong commitment to safety and quality standards.
  • Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, climb, kneel, and perform physical labor throughout the workday.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Ability to work extended hours, weekends, or overnight shifts as project needs require.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous construction, industrial, or labor experience preferred but not required.
  • Valid driver’s license preferred.
  • Willingness to travel and work extended hours, weekends, or overtime as project needs require.

Responsibilities

  • Live by our safety culture at all times, pursuing our goal of zero accidents.
  • Perform general labor duties in industrial construction and plant environments.
  • Assist foremen and skilled craft workers with construction, maintenance, repair, and installation activities.
  • Handle, move, stage, and organize materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Perform tasks such as lifting, carrying, digging, cleaning, grinding, and jobsite preparation.
  • Assist with piping, mechanical installations, fabrication support, equipment removal, and general plant work.
  • Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
  • Follow all safety procedures including PPE, LOTO, confined space, and site-specific requirements.
  • Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment; assist with mobilization and demobilization.
  • Participate in daily job briefings, toolbox talks, and safety meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
