Precast concrete plant team members are responsible for performing a variety of tasks and duties in a safe and productive manner to produce precast concrete products in accordance with quality standards. Responsibilities

• Prepares precast forms for manufacturing concrete products.
• Prepares molds for stripping by opening or removing forms from hardened concrete.
• Clean, prepare and set up molds for use as required in production.
• Fabricate reinforcement cages.
• Place and secure reinforcement in various precast concrete forms.
• Layout and secure embeds, knockouts, etc.
• Place and finish concrete into various precast forms.
• Carpentry skills of all levels
• Housekeeping – maintain a clean work area.
• Expected to maintain knowledge of precast plant techniques and procedures.
• Delegate tasks as deemed necessary.
