Requirements
- Prior orthodontic lab experience required
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
- Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and dependable
- Comfortable working independently while being part of a team
- Willingness to travel between Boise and Mountain Home
Responsibilities
- Fabricating and finishing orthodontic appliances (retainers, expanders, habit appliances, etc.)
- Trimming, polishing, and adjusting acrylic appliances
- Pouring and trimming models
- Managing lab inventory and supplies
- Ensuring quality control and timely turnaround
- Maintaining lab organization and compliance with infection control standards
- Collaborating closely with doctors and clinical team to ensure precision and fit
