The Laboratory Technician will be a key member of a core team that includes experienced professionals in Manufacturing line and Reagent Lab in a fast-paced environment. While managing Manufacturing on time delivery to customers, and maintaining high quality of product, this role also is closed work with other MFG, ENG, planner, and warehouse teams. The successful candidate will be a key team member in developing standard processes, supporting ongoing manufacturing operations, continuous process improvement, and On Time Delivery. This position reports to the MFG Manager/Supervisor and is part of the Manufacturing team, located in San Jose and as an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Collaborate closely with other MFG team, Engineering and Quality teams to execute precise laboratory procedures, including solution formulation, plate making, microplate certification, and in-process quality control, ensuring full compliance with GLP, GDP, GMP, and regulatory standards. Document, analyze, and report experimental results, while managing laboratory equipment maintenance, performing troubleshoots, and maintaining inventory. Drive continuous process improvement through active participation in daily management meetings, leveraging lean MFG principles, and maintaining and updating work instructions.
