Document all analyses clearly and accurately in laboratory notes and electronic databases including SAP. To have a working knowledge of the following techniques and equipment: FTNIR, KF Titration systems, Coulometry, Calorimetry and Spectrometry. Sampling of material from manufacturing facility and observation and documentation of select manufacturing equipment in the plant. Perform instrument calibration, standardization, and routine maintenance according to SOPs. Monitor and manage laboratory hazardous waste streams, ensuring proper labeling, collection, and disposal per regulatory and company requirements. Participate in lab housekeeping, ensuring a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Communicates test results promptly to production and quality teams. Support continuous improvement efforts in analytical accuracy, efficiency, and safety. Perform all supportive lab duties and extra assigned work required to maintain effective and efficient laboratory services in order to ensure production and shipment of quality products from the plant. REQUIREMENTS Four-year degree in natural science (e.g. Chemistry, Biology) with laboratory classes; or two-year degree in a natural science with laboratory classes (e.g. Chemistry, Biology) and 2 years of laboratory work experience. Mathematics, communication, computer, and organizational skills Accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to interpret and communicate results of routine and nonroutine tests. Working knowledge of laboratory safety, hazardous waste management, and strict adherence to written procedures and SOPs. Laboratory and production facility setting involving exposure to chemicals and lab equipment. Must follow all company safety policies, including the use of required PPE. May involve standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs. Commitment to elevating safety and environmental compliance. COMPENSATION DETAILS Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. (Specific rate to be determined, but not limited to, geographic location, education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data).
