Requirements

• B.S. Degree in a science related field.
• Previous experience working in a relevant field and/or setting.
• Must have excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work alone and in a team setting.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills are necessary.
• Previous Microsoft Office experience.

Responsibilities

• Complete customer requested construction market application projects to support their business.
• Identifies and implements SOPs for innovative market applications and new laboratory equipment/instruments.
• Act as secondary Quality Specialist. Conducts quality control testing, and reformulation, when necessary, to ensure all blends from the facility comply with product specifications.
• Evaluates the quality of raw materials per ASTM standards and how to use them to meet both internal and external customers’ needs.
• Backup warehouse and logistics personnel
• Support paint/coating applications projects and regional sample management.
• Ensure Lab and equipment cleanliness.
