General Summary Responsible to participate and analyze complex business processes as it relates to the operation of medical laboratories. Will participate in the development of workflows, data collection and analysis, and other technical issues associated with the use of the laboratory software and supporting hardware. Will participate in developing and documenting the standard build procedures that will be used in conjunction with other enterprise applications. Will formulate and define the objectives and scope of business systems and administer and configure business systems related to laboratory services. Will research, configure, modify and implement enterprise business system software and manage software version releases. Responsible for collaborating with ITS staff, management and business stakeholders as requested, needed, and/or directed. Support, communicate and reinforce the mission and vision of the enterprise. It is essential that the incumbent have a valid driver's license and be at least 21 years old with a good driving record to meet organization driving standards.
