Duties/Responsibilities Manage and supervise QA Lab Technicians on shift, including hiring, training, scheduling, and performance management. Ensure all laboratory personnel are properly trained on procedures, equipment, and safety protocols. Support investigations of quality issues in production and customer complaints, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions. Oversee preparation of Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for customers and internal use. Ensure non-conforming products are identified, documented, and addressed in accordance with company policy. Coordinate quality communication triggers to meet operational and business needs. Support research and development activities to facilitate product innovation and business growth. Develop special test protocols or methods as needed to meet production or technical requirements. Review and manage product specifications, test protocols, and testing frequencies to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements. Maintain lab equipment, supplies, and work areas to ensure readiness and compliance with quality standards.
