Requirements

Associates Degree – MT (ASCP)
Bachelors degree, CT (ASCP) bachelors degree or a HT (ASCP) associate or bachelors degree.
3 years experience in Laboratory
Munson Healthcare requires all employees be vaccinated or have lab confirmed immunity for Measles, Mumps, Rubella and Varicella.
MHC also requires all employees to receive a flu vaccine during the flu season in the year that they are hired and annually thereafter, or receive an approved medical or religious exemption.

Responsibilities

Responsible for technical operations of a laboratory section including test development, quality control, preventive maintenance, inventory, troubleshooting and workflow.
Perform the duties of a Medical Technologist, Cytotechnologist, Histotechnologist (as required by the section duties).
